Wide variety of facilities
Here at Canllefaes Cottages, we have a wide variety of facilities to make your stay a memorable one. Each guest will have access to a heated outdoor swimming pool from the beginning of May until the end of September (dates of pool opening may vary slightly according to the weather).
There is also the option to book one of our three luxury cottages that have unrestricted access to private hot tubs all year round. With access to BBQs, outdoor seating areas, and a children’s play area, there is plenty of facilities onsite to satisfy your every need.
Games room
We are excited to announce our brand new games room, a fantastic place to unwind. Challenge your friends and family to a Pool or Air Hockey tournament…..get tactical with our Table Football…..find new adventures and revisit old favourites amongst our Classic Arcade games and shoot for the high score tables on our 2 pinball machines.
Be prepared to ignite your competitive spirit – who will come out on top !!!

So much to see and do locally
In Cardigan Market town you will find a bustling high street in which an abundance of independent shops, Antique and craft sellers, artisan food shops, and cafes can be explored. A wide variety of bars and restaurants can be found that are sure to keep you well-fed and watered. Cardigan also has a cinema/theatre which is a great source of indoor entertainment. Cardigan Bay provides even more wonderful attractions including the many beautiful beaches nearby. In fact, you really are spoilt for choice! Sandy beaches at Mwnt, Aberporth, Tresaith, Penbryn, and Poppit are ideal for, Exploring, Sunbathing, Swimming, and walking the dog.

What a beautiful cottage Pen-Y-Bryn is! We stayed for a few days and absolutely loved it. The cottage was spotlessly clean, cosy and very well equipped, with everything we could possibly need. Fresh fluffy towels, … More lovely white bed linen, a comfy leather sofa and a stunning bathroom with a huge walk-in shower.
But the real jewel in the crown was the private hot tub. Tucked away behind the cottage, it was wonderfully secluded and incredibly relaxing. It was cleaned and maintained every morning, and the LED lights, bubbles and jets made it perfect for unwinding. Sitting under the stars in the hot tub was simply magical! ✨
The outdoor pool was also lovely, warm and spotless, with plenty of loungers to enjoy the sunshine.
The owner was friendly, helpful and always just a quick text away. We even bought some lovely free-range eggs from him when we left!
Highly recommended for a relaxing or romantic break. A beautiful, peaceful place to unwind, with a great location for exploring West Wales. We’d definitely return! ❤️ - We had a recent stay at Canllefaes cottages- Byre. It was beautiful, very clean, lovely cottage, everything you could ask for. Beds were comfy and the site itself had everything a family could want, games room was brilliant, had a few … More games of pool & table tennis with the kids. They lit the fire pit so had a few drinks around it one evening with the kids melting their marshmallows.
The pool was amazing and the kids loved it. We were spoilt by the weather so happy staying by the pool at the cottages or finding a little beach nearby, such a beautiful place. Hospitality was brilliant, the owners were away for the weekend but seem really nice and kept us uptodate with check in process etc. Paul was on hand if any issues, again really nice host, very attentive and his dog was so lovely which the kids loved.
We are booking our next trip there with family. Will be a regular now going forward.
